Reception Lighting Refurbishment Delivers Energy Savings for Knight Frank

We recently completed a lighting refurbishment project at the Knight Frank reception, delivering a more energy-efficient solution while carefully preserving the integrity of the existing space.

To avoid any damage to the ceiling fabric, we retained and refurbished the current light fixtures rather than replacing them entirely. All outdated fluorescent fittings were upgraded to modern, low-energy LED lighting, significantly improving both performance and sustainability.

This upgrade not only enhances the overall lighting quality of the reception area but also provides substantial cost savings. Based on current estimates, the investment in the new LED fittings is expected to be fully recovered within just two years through reduced energy consumption.
