Powering Luxury: Four High-End Homes, One Complete Electrical Solution

We recently completed the full electrical installation for four stunning high-end new-build homes in Surrey, in collaboration with Concept Two.

From first fix through to final testing and certification, our team - led by Site Manager, Sam Crabtree - delivered a complete, high-quality electrical installation tailored to the standards expected of luxury properties. This included bespoke lighting, power, sockets, consumer units, external electrics and all associated wiring and connections.

As part of the installation, we also fitted electric vehicle (EV) charging points, providing the homeowners with convenient, future-ready charging at home.

With attention to detail throughout, the finished installations combine safety, reliability and modern technology while complementing the premium design of each property.
