Ongoing Hotel Refurbishment Project at Village Hotels with Paton Developments

We are currently working alongside Paton Developments on an extensive refurbishment programme across several Village Hotels, including locations in Farnborough, Bournemouth, and Solihull.

This project involves the complete transformation of hotel bedrooms, beginning with a full strip-out of existing electrical systems. From there, we are carrying out partial re-wiring works to ensure each room meets modern safety standards and performance requirements.

As part of the upgrade, we are installing all new electrical accessories, including light switches, energy-efficient lighting, bedside lamps, and power sockets. Each element is carefully selected and installed to enhance both functionality and guest comfort.

Now three months into the programme, the project is progressing well, with multiple rooms already revitalised to a high standard. We are proud to be contributing to the delivery of modern, reliable electrical systems that support an improved guest experience across these hotel locations.
