Stromtechs were tasked with the design and fit of a high end large new build property in Shiplake.

Stromtechs have completed the installation which includes energy efficient lighting with Scene set lighting controlled via ipad as well as wall switches. Underfloor heating throughout the property with each room individually controlled also via Internet for total control and maximum energy efficiency.

Heat recovery extraction within each bathroom as well as whole house ventilation.

Fire alarm, intruder alarms, CCTV and access via electric gate to the front drive.

Centrally controlled music speakers to bathrooms, lounges and kitchen.
