77 Coleman Street, London

77 Coleman Street is a 10 floor Cat A fit out being installed for Designer Group. Stromtechs has installed a complete lighting and power installation. This comprises of 7 floors of office space, ground floor reception, basement and roof.

All containment was installed for all trades throughout the building and all lighting installed is controlled via Simmtronic lighting control.

Whilst nearing the end, this project has been ongoing for 1 year and has required Stromtechs to integrate with various other trades to enable different systems to work – mechanical supplies, door access, data and fire alarm. This project is due to be completed in July 2020.
